Combination number one

Two slide round-kicks, skip up low/high round-kick, and punch. Turn. Repeat.

Combination number two

Step forward punch, spin back-fist, punch, step punch, step punch. Turn. Repeat.

Combination number three

Two tornado kicks, punch. Turn. Repeat.

Remember! You never actually strike your partner

  1. As your partner punches, step forward with your right  foot, push block with your right flat hand. Spin counter clockwise, elbow to the center of the chest.
  2. As your partner punches, step forward with your left foot, sudo block with your right hand. push punch hand up with both hands and round kick to the center of the chest. Move away fast.
  3. As your partner punches, step forward with your right foot, sudo block with left hand chop to the neck with your right. Grab arm and shoulder, kick your right leg behind them bring it back against their heel and take them down to the ground. Punch to the head, move away fast.
