One Steps

1.       As your partner punches, step forward with your right foot, push block with your right flat hand. Spin counter clockwise, elbow to the center of the chest

2.       As your partner punches, step forward with your left foot, sudo block with your right hand. push punch hand up with both hands and round kick to the center of the chest. Move away fast

3.       As your partner punches, step forward with your right foot, sudo block with left hand chop to the neck with your right. Grab arm and shoulder, kick your right leg behind them bring it back against their heel and take them down to the ground. Punch to the head, move away fast

Choong-Moo

Purple

1.       Three slide round-kicks, punch

2.       Back leg front-kick, round-kick, back leg front-kick, round-kick, punch

3.       Punch, spin hook-kick

One Steps

1.       As your partner punches, step forward with your left foot catching the punch with an upward X-block (right hand behind). Grab their wrist with your right hand and twist clockwise until they are bent over. Deliver a kick to the head with your right foot. Do not actually strike them. Move away quickly

2.       As your partner punches, step back into a back stance blocking with a side block. Chop to the neck with your right hand. Then, knee to the groin. Move away fast

3.       As your partner punches, push it to the right with your left flat hand. Twist in elbow to the solar plexus. Grab their right shoulder and pull them down onto your knee. Elbow to the back of their head

Pinan Shodan

Green

1.       Hook-kick, skip up round-kick, punch

2.       Skip up round-kick, back-fist, punch, back leg round-kick

3.       Skip up front-kick, back leg round-kick, turn side-kick

One Steps

1.       From a back-stance step forward with your right foot and punch at your partners nose with your right hand. Come within 2" but do not touch them. This is the technique you will use as a "one-step attacker" for the rest of your belt levels

2.       When your attacker starts toward you with a punch. Step back in a back-stance blocking the punch with your left hand. Counter with a punch to the solar plexus and move back fast
