From Charyo Position, Chun-bi, turn left high block,
low block, step through side-block, back-fist/punch/ridge-hand.
Look 180 degrees left, jump back high/low block, right
hand chop, back leg kick, jump and land in back-fist.
270 degree turn to side block, X block low, step back
with left foot, push, crescent kick, inside forearm block.
Slide your feet together bring your hands to the center
of your chest, breathe in as raise your hands and out as they come down to
belt level.
Step back with your right foot high block, low block,
back punch, front punch, and front round kick.
Turn 180 degrees high block, low block, back punch, front
punch, and front round kick. Turn 270 degrees side block.
Step forward right elbow, Back-fist bear claw, Slide
feet together and stack hands on left side.
Left , hinge block, right leg ax kick (slap hand) back-fist
bear claw, two hand lapel grab front-kick, turn 180 degrees X-block high,
double arm twist, back leg front kick, right elbow smash.
Right grab/back-fist, left hand side block, and right
side left low block.
270 degree spin right sudo block, step left sudo block.
Step 90 degrees right spear hand, 45 degrees left spear
hand, step right spear hand.
180 degree left chop, 180 right chop, 180 degree left
chop, two tornado kicks, back punch, front punch.
Look over left shoulder 180 degree left chop, throat
strike, pull down, lunge right elbow, right hammer-fist.
Turn 180 degrees left sudo, throat strike, and pull down.
Turn 90 degrees right lunge forward X block (hold 4 seconds),
chun-bi. End.
