Ground Form
From Chunbi position
- Step forward with your left foot, Sudo Block.
YELL!
- Drop on to your right side into ground fighting position.
- Left side kick, roll across your back to your left side
- Do a right side kick and jump up into a right Sudo block. YELL!
- End. Stay in position until told to return to chunbi position.
