PHANTOM
- Start in Char-yo position. Bring fists up and cross them in front of
your body. Step out with your left as you bring your hands to chunbi
position. Slide the left foot in again as you bring the right fist and
the left flat hand together in front of your face.
- Step back with your right foot, low sweep block with your left flat
hand. Brush block left hand. Chop right hand.
- Do 3 side kicks (low, medium, high) toward 3 o'clock.
- Step together, then step out facing 9 o'clock in a sudo block left.
Step together, step forward with the left in a front stance; left arm
in high block, right arm in low block. Twist your right foot and side
block right hand toward 12 o'clock. Punch left. Chop left toward 9
o'clock, lunge toward 9 o'clock high block, right punch toward 12
o'clock.
- Pull your fists into your hip and stack on the left; slide the right
foot up the left foot. Right chop out toward 12 o'clock, grab and pull
in. Side kick to 12 o'clock. Palm heel left, step forward sudo block
left. Step forward chop right, turn chop left, low/high sudo blocks.
- Turn to 3 o'clock, slide right foot in, reach out, grab, and pull in
with your right while stepping out with the left and punching left.
- Put both hands out in front flat, scoop to 9 o'clock.
- Side block right to 12 o'clock. Punch left.
- Chop left toward 9 o'clock, lunge left arm in high block, right arm
punch to the side. Bring the fists to the left hip to stack (do not
bring feet together). Back leg front kick, punch left, reach, grab,
and pull in with your right as you bring your left foot to meet your
right. Step out and forward with your right and punch with your left.
- Put your flat hands out in front of you; scoop toward 3 o'clock.
Skip up front kick with your right, jump straight up hook kick with
your right. Skip up side kick with your right.
- Step back with the right foot and left sudo block to 10:30. Spin
hook kick with your right leg. Side block left arm. Punch right hand.
- Jump back, sudo block toward 4:30. Step into an x-stance, double
down strike. Step again into an x-stance, back-fist.
- Step back with the left foot and sweep block low with your right
hand toward 1:30. Left spear hand. Spin hook kick with your left leg.
Side block right arm. Punch left hand.
- Jump back, left sudo block toward 7:30. Step into an x-stance,
double down strike. Step again into an x-stance, back-fist.
- Step back with your right foot and sweep block low with your left
hand toward 10:30, right spear hand.
- Step back with your left foot and sweep block low with your right
hand toward 1:30, left spear hand.
- Step straight toward 12 o'clock with your left foot, x block high
(with flat hands).
- Run forward about 4 steps, flying side kick with your right.
- Land in a left sudo block facing 6 o'clock. Step forward right high
chop. Turn left high chop. High-low block stance with flat hands
(right hand is high).
- Get in a 50-50 stance facing 9 o'clock (without stepping anywhere)
and bring your flat hands together in front of your face (so half of
your left hand is in front of half of your right hand). Bring the
hands out to the sides in a double sudo block. Watch the left hand
until the moment you lock them in place, then look at your right hand.
- Step back with your right foot and sweep block low with your left
hand to 12 o'clock. Right spear hand. Back leg round kick. Turn left
chop. Right hammer fist down.
