Si Jak Tonfa
- Swing Tonfa to the right. Swing Tonfa to the left.
- Step forward with your left foot X block down, Step with right double lunge punch.
- Double high block (left knee up - both elbows turned up, forearms horizontal, tonfas on top)
- Skip left leg front kick, Back (right) leg round kick, Right leg step in side kick
- Turn to the left corner sudo block w/left arm, windmill x4 with right hand tonfa,back leg (right) round kick, punch left tonfa.
- Step left leg behind facing next corner counter clock wise to the left, sudo with you right tonfa, windmill x4 with your left hand tonfa, left back leg round kick, right punch.
- Step with your right foot to the center (between corners) both tonfas single across. Step with your left double across, Pull through right leg side kick, left tonfa punch.
- Whip left tonfa around 180º to the left, flip right, then left tonfas, step forward with right foot, right arm chop, spin 180º left forarm chop, chop toward the ground with right tonfa.
- End in Chunbi
